• All Contributing Members are eligible.
• ONE piece in each category (painting, graphics and photography) may be submitted, not to exceed 48" wide including frame.
• Some work may not be hung depending on space available.
• Sculpture: three pieces per member not to exceed life size.
• Please mark clearly and attach a three part exhibition tag available at the front desk to each work.
• There is a $5.00 hanging fee for each artist not each piece of artwork. No work will be hung without this fee.

• All Sketch Group & Studio Class participants are eligible.
• ONE piece may be submitted of any size.
• There is a hanging fee of $5.00 for RAA members & $8.00 for non-members. No work will be hung without this fee.
• Please mark clearly and attach a three part exhibition tag available at the front desk to each work.
• Some work may not be hung depending on space available.
• All paintings / graphics must be framed and ready for hanging with screw eyes and wire. Works cannot be hung without screw eyes due
  to the hanging system in the Martha Moore Room.

For both shows please note: POR (Price On Request) works will not be accepted for showing. If POR works are submitted or no price is given, they will be marked NFS (Not For Sale). Awards: Award winners will be notified prior to the opening. Commission: The RAA receives a commission of 40% on all sales. Removal of Work: All work must be removed at the conclusion of the exhibition and signed out at the front desk. Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their own work.

Shipping: NO DIRECT DELIVERY FROM A SHIPPING VENDOR WILL BE ACCEPTED.
