WAYNE MORRELL
 

WAYNE MORRELL left the design field to devote full time as an impressionistic painter in 1961. Since then, he has produced more than 6000 paintings which hang in numerous public and private collections, including the Town of Rockport’s police station - a recent gift of the artist.

During his lengthy career, Wayne has received many prestigious awards. He is listed in Who’s Who In American Art, Who’s Who In The East and Who’s Who In The World. His memberships include Allied Artists of America, American Artists Professional League, American Veterans Society, Salmagundi Club, Hudson Valley Artists, The Connecticut Academy, Guild of Boston Artists, Springfield Academic Artists, Southern Vermont and Rockport Art Associations.
