ANNUAL ART AUCTION 2008

ABSENTEE BIDDER INFORMATION


If you are interested in submitting an absentee bid, it must be received by the RAA by 6:00PM on Friday, May 2nd, 2008

All absentee bid forms must be signed and include a credit card number, with expiration date in order to process the sale. The Rockport Art Association accepts the following: Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards. Buyers are charged a 10% buyers fee on all lots, 10% of the total sale. All lots will be settled directly following the conclusion of the auction.

The Rockport Art Association will execute absentee bids as a courtesy and is not responsible for any errors and omissions.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The Art Association will assist in making arrangements for work that needs to be shipped.
