The Rockport Art Association offers
an extensive educational series.

For artists, learning and creative growth never ends.

Seize the opportunity to take part in our extensive educational series, offered year round. This includes workshop programs, demonstrations, guest lecture series, weekly art classes and sketch groups.

Our workshop programs and studio art classes provide instruction in a variety of mediums for students of all levels, and are conducted by some of Cape Ann's most prominent artists. Our sketch groups offer an exceptional opportunity to draw from models holding both long and short poses.

Throughout the summer the RAA holds artist demonstrations on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Association’s Hibbard Gallery. This provides an opportunity for members and the general public to learn artists techniques as well as get an insight into their individual creative process.

The RAA also hosts occasional impromptu lectures,
gallery walks, slide presentations and concerts.
